Court issues Amended Order Granting Preliminary Approval of Settlement and setting Final Fairness Hearing for May 22, 2012 at 9:00am.
On December 22, 2011, the Court issued an Order Granting Preliminary Approval of the Class Action Settlement. A copy of the order can be found here. A Final Fairness Hearing will be scheduled in May, 2012 by a subsequent order of the Court. Please note that the March 6, 2012 date for the Final Fairness Hearing set forth in the order will be changed.
